  10. Can anyone help me find the flash rom upgrade for this modem?  The
  11. Hayes web page, ftp site, and bbs only has flash rom for the PCMCIA
  12. version.  What good is paying extra for the flash rom if I can't find
  13. the program?  My provider switched from USR to MOTOROLA and the
  14. versions that they have DON'T support v.FC... so my fastest possible
  15. connection is 14.4
